Quotations are valid for a defined period (typically 30 days) and subject to confirmation of the final shipment details.
5. Demurrage Guarantee
We cover demurrage caused by customs, the shipping line, or the OBOOR team — provided the importer’s required documents are complete before shipment arrival. The guarantee does not cover delays from missing documents, lab inspection requests, or government decisions.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute is to be settled before the competent judicial authorities in Riyadh.
